What is Foodle+?
Foodle+ is a hotel PMS and guest experience management system (GEMS), built by Revotel. Guests use a QR code to make requests, and AI and automation route those requests to the PMS or to WhatsApp.
Do I need WhatsApp to use the guest QR system?
No. Requests go directly to the PMS. If your hotel connects WhatsApp through Meta, requests can also be delivered on WhatsApp.
Does Foodle+ work with my channel manager?
Foodle+ syncs with STAAH and Aiosell. If you use another channel manager, ask us and we will check.
Can I use only the guest experience part?
Yes. The GEMS can run as a standalone product. You can also use the PMS alone, or the PMS integrated with your STAAH or Aiosell channel manager.
